WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?
We have recently stopped accepting referrals from BUPA. We are recognised by all other major health insurers AXA PPP, WPA, AVIVA and more.

WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?
You can book an appointment online, by email or phone.
All new patients are asked to complete a PRE-REGISTRATION FORM & NEW PATIENT REGISTRATION FORM which you will receive in your Booking Confirmation email.
Also in this email you will find information about your patient journey.
If you are not online, all Forms can be completed in Clinic at the time of your appointment.

DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?
You will not need a doctor's referral if you are funding yourself.
If you are claiming the cost of your treatment through an Insurance company you may be asked by them for a doctor's referral.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We respectfully ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

Missed or cancelled appointments without 24 hours notice will incur a minimum fee of £30, up to the full cost of the session booked.
