Sports Massage

Whether you are a competitive sports person, enjoy recreational sport or have overdone it in the garden, deep tissue massage can help you.

Using various techniques your therapist can focus on specific problem areas or niggles that you have, guide you to areas that need work, or you can choose the body area you would like to focus on.

The therapist will start off quite gently to warm up the muscles and then use deeper techniques to mobilise the deeper muscles and fascia below. Although these techniques are quite deep we will always respect your pain levels and work with you to achieve the best results for you.

For anyone taking part in regular physical activity, sports massage can be a great addition to your normal routine. Before or after exercise, massage can aid performance and recovery, and can also be used as maintenance.
