  • So that we can start the registration process, you will be asked some details over the phone, further information will be collected when you arrive at the clinic.
  • If you have medical health insurance, you will be asked for the details of your policy so please make sure you bring these along. For BUPA we need your Authorisation number and for all other companies your policy number.
  • If you are self funding, you will be asked to pay at the end of each session. We accept cash, cheque and debit cards.
  • Please wear loose fitting clothes that will allow the affected part to be seen for the assessment. You may be asked to remove some clothing to enable the therapist to see the affected part of your body.
